Miguel is a snarky young kid that thinks he knows it all...only one behind that desk that knows something is Eddy but he's so stressed it shows. Their mechanics don't know how to repair a vehicle correctly and oh if you go to corporate to complain....then the owner and service became HUGE SOBS Have no idea what happened to this place but....STAY AWAY...you also will be waiting to get your vehicle back for a while!!! More

I first contacted Family Ford for a recall involving my 2006 Mustang and was quite favorably impressed by them driving me home while the car was being serviced. When I decided to buy my Mach-EV I went the 2006 Mustang and was quite favorably impressed by them driving me home while the car was being serviced. When I decided to buy my Mach-EV I went there to place an order and was helped by a very nice low pressure salesman. When I called about a recall on that car I was told they would send someone to my home to perform the necessary servicing.
