Appointment made for 100K recommended services to be performed a week ahead of time coordinating days and dates with no problems. Had a replacement of the TPMS (just to be sure tires are inflated corre performed a week ahead of time coordinating days and dates with no problems. Had a replacement of the TPMS (just to be sure tires are inflated correctly and not needing to get a gauge out constantly). The works package was also ordered to be done, and the rear differential for the vehicle serviced. Timely manner, approximate cost was clearly explained and no "ADD ONS" were necessary. Have been customer since 2007, and Service Dept. is the reason I keep coming back. No one has touched my vehicle except for the Service Dept. at Family Ford of Enfield. More
