My experience was awful. The car was not driven, miles were the same as when I dropped off the car. Only 1 item was fixed, seems as though the technician didn't even attempt The car was not driven, miles were the same as when I dropped off the car. My car battery was dead in the parking lot, only sat for 2-3 days (weekend included). I won't be back to family ford for their services ever or recommend them. More
