Did a good job. Had to return to reattach loose part but everything works. Rediculous mark up on parts. $500 part charged over $900. A trip to the dealer can empty a bank account. The staff was nice and service was prompt. The only complaint would be for the app. I reported the app is not working with the car. The advisor told me to call Ford after not finding what was causing the issue. When arrived home I called Ford and they told me my firmware needs to be updated and that can only be done at the dealership. It was kind upsetting that this couldn’t be solved at the original visit.
