2014 Santa Fe Brought my 2014 Santa Fe in a few months ago that I purchased used somewhere else. It was days shy of being out of warranty. Customer Service I was not happy this time around with online service or from the dealership. Filled out online service request and never heard back. Dropped off my ca I was not happy this time around with online service or from the dealership. Filled out online service request and never heard back. Dropped off my car and I had to call to see the status and they told me they were busy, but someone would call you back which they didn't. I followed up on Friday because of the 7/4 Holiday. I called in and spoke to someone in service and they did not have an eta as of yet. She said to call back in about 2hrs which I did and she told me I was second in line. After that she followed up by calling me and my issue was repaired under warranty, but the whole process from the Wednesday to the Friday was not exceptable. More

Overall pleasant The service person who checked me in (Colin) was very professional and pleasant. Waiting time for service at the dealer was rather long and I was provided with a loaner after having been there for some hours. Presently my vehicle is operating with no problems. More
