This was my first experience at a Hyundai dealership. I heard several good things about Family Hyundai and I was not disappointed.
Adam was very patient with me. I met with him on several occasions and he took the time and I never felt rushed. He always returned my phone calls when I had questions. When my car came in several weeks earlier than expected, he spent a lot of time explaining all the "bells and whistles." He made it clear that he would be available to answer any questions even after I took delivery of the car.
Al Pellizzeri was very cordial and explained everything clearly regarding the ceramic protection and the tire and wheel protection programs
Collin was very friendly when I dropped off my car for the ceramic protection process. I liked hearing what a great place Family Hyundai was to work.
