Once tried to sell me a cabin filter that was not needed. I have a K&N cabin filter which is WASHABLE. Technician never actually CHECKED said filter. All he did was read"THE IDIOT BOX." If he had actually LOOKED at filter, he would have SEEN all the K&N labels on the compartment. Bring the car in for an oil change and supposedly they do a multi-point inspection. How do brakes go from YELLOW check marks to all GREEN check marks between oil changes------ WITH NOTHING BEING DONE!!!!! Only reason I take car back to dealership is for the " EVERY THIRD OIL CHANGE FREE policy. And now I find myself actually checking the oil after said oil change to see if it was actually done and the oil is clean. And-------(THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DEALERSHIP) 10 RECALLS IN THE 9 YEARS I'VE OWNED THE CAR??????? RIDICULOUS!!!!!! And even HYUNDAI can't get that right. Send me a letter informing me of said recall which states that NO ACTION IS NEEDED until second letter is sent. WHICH NEVER COMES!!!!! More
Not quite the extra mile Although the service completed the oil change/tire rotation and checked the brakes, l had to ask them to apply the coupon again at the service window. Oil change I had a positive experience. This was my 1st time here. They completed in a timely manner. Staff was friendly. They washed my car. The only complaint I had a positive experience. The only complaint is that my manual recommends an oil change every 5,000 miles but the reminder sticker was for 3,000 miles. I'm guessing it's a way to get you in there to get you to spend more money. Make sure you go by your vehicle manual and not the sticker More

Loyalty doesn’t mean much anymore I’ve had my 2012 Sonata for 7 years and have had my front brakes done 3 times. Everytime I get them repaired, I’m paying for rotors. It seems weird. I drive my car for A to B. I rely on this dealership to help me save money, not spend more. Also, not sure what the policy is regarding loaner vehicles on Saturday but I saw plenty of them and ask for one when I was told my service would be up to 3 hours (I waited 4). Though I will continue to have my car serviced here, I will not purchase another Hyundai. More
Best Service Dept. Ever I have, with one exception, always received excellent service. All of my issues were resolved in a timely manner this visit.
