Considerate experience! All I needed was an oil change and my tires rotated. There was going to be a little bit longer wait than expected. I took it to another dealership. I will never come back there again! what you could do is make Colin your service manager! He knows how to deal with people and he diffused the situation and he made sure that I was taken care of. also check your video footage of the day I wad there and you can set how awful your manager treated me!
