Disappointed Colin Simmons in the service department was great.As for the service it was not the best.I came in because my car informed me it was time for my first Colin Simmons in the service department was great.As for the service it was not the best.I came in because my car informed me it was time for my first service appointment.I leave and my car is still telling me it is time for my service appointment the system was never reset and Colin and I discussed it and he went back to remind them to change it so I know it is not set for my next service appointment.They informed him the car was ready we go to the door and it wasn't there so Colin checked and apologized that it was in line for a car wash.We are told again it is ready we come out and it is not dried off.I am very disappointed I never had this trouble at Toyota.Feeling very disappointed. Remote Starter I took my car in to get a remote starter. Al was great. He explained everything to me. He checked on me in the waiting room every once in a while to l I took my car in to get a remote starter. Al was great. He explained everything to me. He checked on me in the waiting room every once in a while to let me know how things were going. When they were done he went to my car with me and showed me how to work the remote starter.
