We came in later, did some paper work and moved over our personal items from the old van to the new. He sat with us for 30 mins to show us all the new features on the new van. It was a great experience and has set a new standard for my future car purchases. Our finance dept rep was Tony. Quick, efficient. All in all, this is my 4th car I have purchased from Family Kia, but the first from the new owners and my favorite experience so far. Both employs I cant say enough good things about. More

As a military veteran, I was subjected to a series of deceptive, predatory sales tactics while attempting to purchase a 2026 Kia K4 GT-Line. My experience included: Deceptive Pricing: They attempted an artificial $2,495 markup over MSRP and refused to honor their own website’s advertised "Sale Price." Withholding Discounts: Management omitted a $500 military rebate, forcing me to point it out. Equity Stripping: They manipulated trade-in numbers to zero out my positive equity, ignoring fair market value. Excessive Fees: They forced $1,348 in non-negotiable dealer fees ($999 doc fee + $349 filing fee). Poor Professionalism: The salesman lacked basic product knowledge, and management responded to my concerns with high-pressure, evasive tactics rather than transparency. The lack of integrity shown toward a service member is shameful. Save yourself the stress and take your business to a dealership that operates with honesty and respect. More
