The first impression that I had of him was both his vast knowledge of the products that he sold and his legitimate enthusiasm. Not only did he give me a good deal on a Sorrento, he also beat the rates that my credit union was offering for financing. This resulted in me being able to obtain a clean, certified pre-owned vehicle. Called Debbie Stearley on the phone and she was very helpful and knowledgable. We were given information over the phone by Debbie through Wayne Acosta that was very attractive to us. Drove down to St. Augustine and when we arrived at Family Kia we were greated with warmth and made to feel at home. To our surprise, after dealing with other dealers in the area, what we were told over the phone by Debbie and Wayne was exactly what was done when we got there. The showroom is brand new and looks really nice, and they had cool water and coffee for us to drink. Would also like to say that Nate in finance did a great job with a professional attititude helping us understand what all we were signing. We sure recommend Family Kia to anyone that is considering purchasing a vehicle. Joey was very friendly as well as informative on the phone, and listened to what I had to say regarding both my financial situation as well as what I was looking for. From the minute I walked in the door, I received excellent treatment from not only Joey Cassata but everyone I came in contact with at Family Kia. Joey made it very clear that even though my current financial situation was far from ideal, he thought he could work something out for me. I was incredibly impressed that Joey said he had a plan to get me into a new 2013 Kia Soul, which is exactly what I wanted. It didn't take nearly as long as I expected to get the approval from the bank- this was definitely the most painless car buying experience I've ever had.
