He explained his Black Friday Special which started 8 days early; he made sure both my father and I were comfortable with the deal and explained everything to us. The complete transaction was an enjoyable one. After we test drove, did some paperwork, and he ran it threw the Finance Manager Bob Smith we were on our way to a new driving experience. Bob Smith/Finance Manager did an excellent job at meeting my budget payment and interest rate. Everyone there made our experience in car buying experience the "greatest". I purchased a 2014 Kia/Soul in a beautiful Titanium silver color; it looks so classy. The standard features of the vehicle are unbelievable; Electronic steering (no more messy power steering fluid), It has Sirus radio, and just too many neat features that come standard. You would never think that this was a $17,000 care it looks like a "million"... I came to Family Kia of St Augustine because I got a prompt response from Joey Cassata to my inquiry, and he understood exactly what I was looking for; economical but classy product with a payment I could afford. It is my experience that everyone there at Family Kia were experienced and professional and we even got lunch, tee shirts, hats, Coke products, just about anything we wanted. If you are considering buying a new "mini SUV", this one makes others pale in comparison. Don't wait though as they were selling almost faster than they could get them off the delivery truck (no kidding)... More

This is the only place where myself and my family have and will buy automobiles. We have been to other dealerships and have always left with the feeling that we either paid to much or we did not get exact and will buy automobiles. Today was the third vehicle we have purchased from Family Kia of Saint Augustine. I am sure all the sales people are great but we always ask for Joey Cassata. Buying a new vehicle can be very stressful and I hate the bickering back and fourth trying to get what I want and what I want to pay. Joey makes it easy. He gives us the best deal and the best financing. My wife and I met with Joey Wednesday because I was interested in the Kia optima. I got such a great deal and the service was so good I decided to ask what I thought would be impossible. Can we bring my wife's Kia Sorento that we just purchased from Joey less then a year and a half ago and get the same vehicle but the up graded 2014 model. He was able to do it. We went from a 2013 Kia Sorento with the four cylinder to the V6 loaded and walked out with just about the same payments. We went in with the intentions of buying one vehicle and left with two. Joey Cassata is the internet manager and we will continue to buy our vehicles from him. I am not sure who got more excited this week. My wife and I because of the great deals we got or Joey because of the great deals he passed on to us. Thank's, Jerry More

This is my second time returning to Joey. He is amazing and under my circumstances is always willing to go above and beyond for me. I will never go to another dealership as long as he is at Kia. The staff at Family Kia is amazing!!! Everyone was so helpful & authentic. I arrived there under very stressful circumstances. My car died on the way there. I feel that Joey & everyone else went above & beyond to help me. I usually hate purchasing a new vehicle, today that was not the case!! I never felt pressured or bullied in anyway!!!
