Destinee prepared the basis for a used vehicle sale. Our car was towed there because engine seized. Under warranty everything was done plus some extra that we paid for. They tried to sell us new tires because the car vibrated. The car pulled to the Under warranty everything was done plus some extra that we paid for. They tried to sell us new tires because the car vibrated. The car pulled to the right and vibrated. It did not do this before going into Kia’s shop. Turned around and brought it back for pulling and they fixed it and said the alignment machine had to be serviced. We paid for an alignment and still don’t know if it’s good. I had the tires checked elsewhere, wear was good they just needed balancing, not new tires. Also made sure everything was secured because of the vibration. So Kia’s let us leave with a car that drive worse than when it arrived. Mechanics 101 stuff and fibbed as to why it was happening.Plus while I was waiting for my engine, under warranty, Family Kia called and offered me $500 for at least a 10k car. Pulling a fast one. I’m still not sure if the alignment was done correctly by Family Kia. More
