The feeling was very Relaxed and friendly at the dealership. Every person that we spoke to made us feel like we were valued customers and not just numbers. Tony (our sales person) was very informative and guided us through the process to make the purchase easy. We ended up buying a Kia at a price we thought was fair and feel like we got a good value with our new car. My wife was very impressed with the staff but she was even more impressed with Tony he spoke to her and not at her. If she had questions he answered them quickly. If she had concerns he took care of them. I was impressed with Tony because not once did we feel rushed, we spent a lot of time with him and I never felt any kind of pressure. He was calm and reassuring, he valued our business and our comfort. Financing was a snap and we got a better percentage rate with them than we did with our credit union (I know I was surprised also). My wife and I recommend Family Kia and highly recommend Tony for a shopping experience that you will enjoy. More

When I first came to Family Kia in St. Augustine, I was a little skeptical and a little guarded. My first car had been a 2001 Ford Focus which I had bought used at a buy here, pay here establishment in 2009. little skeptical and a little guarded. This buy here, pay here establishment assured me of the vehicle's dependablility, its durability and above all it's LONG LASTING capability. One Year and six months after owning this vehicle and, ironically right after paying it off early, it broke down and left me completely immobile. when confronting the very salesman who had sang the cars praises, I was told that it was not his concern, and more or less, too bad, so sad. The only comfort I had was that I was no longer a first time buyer and the car credit I had earned would help me in getting a new car. That comfort lasted right up to the moment I was notified that they do not report to credit bureaus . WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. As you can imagine, I was very put off at that idea of having to deal with another crooked salesman who only saw me as a means to up his paycheck. So there I was, a twenty-one year old college student working as a waitress in a recession, and on top of it all I was considered a firt time buyer. When I arrived at Family Kia, the first person to approach me was Jack Parsons. He was friendly and very up front with me about the limitations placed upon me by my age and employment. After learning about my situation, he showed me my options and discussed in detail everything he was trying to accomplish in order to secure the car that was right for my needs and funds. Jack Parsons fought for me to be financed without a co-signer, he argued my capablitly to take on the responsibility of a new car, and the fact that I deserved to have one. While this war was waging on, Family Kia gave me a loaner car so that I would have a means of transportaion to which I was very grateful. After I was approved, Jack Parsons sat me down and asked me what I wanted in a car. Two hours later I had it in a white 2011 Kia Forte EX. It was perfect, everything that I had asked for. It even had a moon roof and alloy wheels :] I cannot tell you enough how Jack Parsons has changed my mind about sale associates. He was not just professional, he was personable and involved in the experience with me, not just a mere onlooker. I felt like my success at Family Kia was his as well. I can't tell you how great it was to be treated like an end, instead of the means to something else. I owe a huge thank you to you Jack Parsons and to Family Kia, You really did make me feel like family. <3 More

Eddy Hackney was the most awesome salesperson ever. His personality was so unique and he kept our attention all the time. He never put pressure on us to close the transaction. His knowledge of the product and the way that he treated us in such a professional manner was the reason that we made our new car purchase. Mr. Jeff Norman treated us in the most utmost professional manner all while caring about making sure that we were taken care of and that our financial needs were all covered. He made our 18yr old feel like she was top priority in making sure that she got the car that she wanted. We will highly recommend both of these gentleman and Family KIA of St. Augustine to all of our friends and family. More

My family lives in Orlando where we have a handful of Kia dealerships and we chose in the end it was 100% worth the over 200 miles around trip because of Family Kia's outstanding customer service and their honesty with final cost of the vehicle (which by the way was the best price we were offered). We just purchased our optima ex yesterday that Eddy tracked down for us and we absolutely love it. We would recommend Family Kia to anyone in the market purchasing a new vehicle regardless of their location in Florida...it is worth every mile. We would like to send a big thank you to Eddy (you were awesome) and the entire staff at Family Kia. More

He walk me and my husband through everything, Jack Parson work with us on the amount we wanted for our buick for a trade in, he was back and forth and never lost his smile even when we were a little sceptic. I have never own a Kia and fell in love with my 2011 Soul. I bought the one that was in the show room it had 2 little knicks and within a week they were fix. Jack has also kept in touch just to make sure we are happy.b Everybody at Kia was very nice but the one who shines is Jack Parson. I am now part of the Kia Family.
