An enjoyable purchasing experience Found the dealership from Edmunds, and from the beginning, from Matt, Dontha, Nick, and finally Daniel, they were all respectful and approachable. Matt and Dontha did not over load me with calls and emails. They promptly answered all my questions, that lead me test driving a car with Nick. He was super supportive the whole way, listening to not only what I wanted, but needed. He made this purchase enjoyable. Then at the end, Daniel got me in and out, no extra haggling or pressure for extras I didn't want. Hands down, best car purchasing experience in my life. More

The Average experience We walked into the dealership and gave a firm price of where we wanted to be. She also kept pressuring me and not in a good way but rather in an uncomfortable way. After everything was said and done she took me to my car and ask what I would rate her I said 8 to 9 because no one is perfect. She had the nerve to tell me if I don’t give her a ten don’t rate her at all. Like wow who does that. I felt some type of way. More

Todd was a great person to work with! I was in a car accident a couple of weeks previously and just found out the insurance company was totaling my vehicle. This was my first day actually I was in a car accident a couple of weeks previously and just found out the insurance company was totaling my vehicle. This was my first day actually going to dealerships to 'look' at vehicles. I spent time looking online to figure out what I wanted. Family Toyota was our second stop and definitely a much better experience. I knew the one vehicle I wanted to look at and found it in the used car side, thinking there was nobody out on the cold and windy day we were pleasantly surprised to see Todd come walking down to see us. He walked all the way back to the main building to get the keys to test drive the car. He didnt take us on the typical block test drive but was able to really try the vehicle out. Very helpful and definitely knowledgeable of the car and the dealership. Was not pushy at all which was such a great relief as I hadnt had a car payment in over 3 years and was very hesitant is making a decision.. Todd felt like an old friend who was there to make my day easier and knew I was not looking for a bunch of bull to make a decision....my husband was pushing me more to make the decision. I explained I already had financing lined up and was quite blunt about it to be honest, as I just wanted the bottom line and facts. Todd was just great to work with and would recommend him to anyone looking to get a new or new to them car. Ed was a very nice guy, even though we didnt spend more than 10 minutes in his office, he was definitely a very friendly gentleman. The day I came back to pick up my car nothing changed....both Todd & Ed were just as friendly and helpful. The only issue I found was the lady working the receptionist desk the day I picked my car up was too busy on her cell phone to even address me when I was standing at her desk, waiting to pick up my car....another salesman had to come over to offer assistance. Coming from 30+ years of working with the public this was disturbing to see an employee playing on their cell phone with an earbud in her ear.....the receptionist is always the front line of business. And should be able to smile and make eye contact with each potential new client. More
