Best Car Buying Experience I have had to date.. I was looking for a specific vehicle (4Runner TRD Pro) and there was virtually no inventory of Pros at dealers in the area, so I figured I would have I was looking for a specific vehicle (4Runner TRD Pro) and there was virtually no inventory of Pros at dealers in the area, so I figured I would have to order one. I selected Family Toyota of Arlington because of the reviews that I had seen online regarding their customer service. I certainly was not disappointed. The order was taken very quick & efficiently and they took the time to answer my questions completely, being the first time I had ever special ordered a vehicle. My new vehicle arrived at the dealer within 30 days, much quicker than the 60-90 day estimate I had been given. The process to finalize the sale was done very quickly and I never felt any pressure like I have in so many other car buying experiences I have had in the past. Including the time to order & finalize the deal on delivery, I don't think I spent more than 90 minutes in the dealership. The staff I dealt with were all very friendly, courteous, and efficient in completing the transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone seeking to purchase a Toyota. More

Seriously, we practically purchased this last Highlander over the telephone, and although we didn't get to meet Andrei's manager, we would like to thank him for letting Andrei give us a ballpark trade-in and lease scenario over the telephone so we didn't have to waste our time. We don't know what else to say, except Andrei is absolutely the very best!!! We hope we never ever have to buy a car from anyone else. Best Car Buying Experience I’ve Ever Had I have to say that dealing with car salesmen in the past hasn’t been the most pleasant experience I’ve had but that all changed on Saturday when my wi I have to say that dealing with car salesmen in the past hasn’t been the most pleasant experience I’ve had but that all changed on Saturday when my wife and I went in to purchase a vehicle from Andrei. This tops any experience I’ve ever had in the car buying process. Andrei was prompt, informative, and never pressured us into anything. Andrei showed us any and all options and was very upfront about what’s really a good deal for us. This is the first car purchase that benefits more than just myself as i have a family now so it was very comforting to know that Andrei had our best interests in mind. The car buying experience can be exhausting, time consuming, and give you that feeling you are getting scammed somehow. Thankfully with Family Toyota and especially Andrei, I have NEVER EVER had a bad experience or felt that way. Andrei listened to my wants and needs to get the perfect car for me. He provided me with different options and scenarios and fully explained everything in detail in a way that i could understand. I am in love with my new Highlander SE!!
