An Amazing Experience (my First at a Dealership) I have to start by saying that I was only going to look at a couple of models I have been interested in. Have not been certain I was ready to dive in I have to start by saying that I was only going to look at a couple of models I have been interested in. Have not been certain I was ready to dive into a payment again. Was introduced to Danny Vu Tran (Manager/Sales). He immediately spoke to me in a tone that was very pleasant and stated he was not a pushy sales person. When we were ready we could come back to him. Told us his hours, etc. Went looking around and made the decision to get the IM. Very similar to the Matrix I lost in a crash. We went in and Danny actually had just finished with another customer and sat down with me and was the most customer service oriented salesman I have ever dealt with anywhere. I would go back to this dealership at any time due to him. Nick in finance was also very attentive and makes you feel at ease while you are signing your life away. :) More
