I had over 50 emails with the internet sales rep clearly outlining every single detail before walking into the dea Totally crap second-level managers. I had over 50 emails with the internet sales rep clearly outlining every single detail before walking into the dealership to close out the car. They even agreed to match the offer I had from other dealership just to get me in, First time, I was told that the car was not at the dealership and they would get it from other dealerships, which I was able to understand. I went 4 days later after the car came in, and while doing the final paperwork, the lender informed that vehicle protection packages had been taken off. Imagine coming to know of this while they are tying to sell me the same package and while being in constant touch with the sales guy!! Were they trying to creep this in as a hidden charge? And why did my sales guy not tell me this before asking me to come in? Waste of over 4 hours of my time and 100 miles of drive.... The manager who came to tell us about the package was extremely rude and totally crappy !!! Will not suggest going to the dealership... More

Great dealership that lives up to its "Family" name We were looking for a car having returned from working abroad. Saw a car online, liked it, came in and 45 min later we had purchased it. Receptionist gave our kids netflix to watch so that my wife and I could talk to the dealiership and take care of the paperwork. They also gave our kids popcorn.
