I was able to speak to a salesman (Josh Tackett) over the phone and then make an appointment to come in to look at vehicles. I got a reminder call from a manager prior to the appointment. Josh patiently walked me through all the options and got me a good deal on my trade-in. He was available via cell phone when I had follow-up questions. The financial process was very easy and Daniel Youssefzadeh was extremely helpful. He even sent a porter to my house with paperwork for me to sign after I changed my mind on the type of warranty I wanted to purchase. Very positive experience! More

Fast and Friendly Chase was my Service Adviser. I took the car in for a 80K checkup and oil change. A recall was done as well. The shuttle service was prompt to take Chase was my Service Adviser.
