This is the first dealership that did not pressure me to purchase something, they did not even pressure me to talk to a sales person. When I finally made my decision on which vehicle I wanted, I searched fo purchase something, they did not even pressure me to talk to a sales person. Pretty disappointed in the outcome of the car sale. He was very polite and helpful when I was looking but I feel like the quality of service went downhill towards the end the of deal. The first price offers I was given had a warranty price fixed in that my friend pointed out and was then removed. He didn’t however mention that they had also inserted another warranty and maintenance fee without consulting me and it wasn’t shown anywhere on the paper. I also felt uncomfortable with the push for a positive review, even before we had made any deal. I was also promised that the car would be cleaned properly and filled with gas before I picked it up the next day but that didn’t happen. Car had white dust and spots on the hood that I had to clean and had less than half a tank of gas. When I inquired about the missing floor mats, I was told that you had to pay for them. The front plate was also hanging when I got home because they only put one screw on it. Pretty disappointed since I had told him not to rush the car, because I wanted everything done properly. More
