I told him I wanted to talk to someone about a tr When I walked in Trey asked if he could help me or direct me to someone that I might be looking for. I told him I wanted to talk to someone about a truck and he said "I can do that". I came in to the dealership to look at a certain truck I had seen previously on the website and did not have the intention of buying that day. However, everything was handled very professionally, without pressure, and the truck was just what I was looking for. Before I left my first service visit was already scheduled. From my experience I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

I looked at ne I lucked out and got Jeff Raim as my salesman. I would highly recommend Family Toyota of Burleson because of my experience with Jeff. I looked at new 4Runners at 4 dealerships and was surprised that 3 of the 4 still used the same frustrating tactics that we all hate so much. Perhaps that is just part of the experience, but I did not have to deal with that at FTOB with Mr. Raim as the point man. There is no doubt who I will call when it is time for a new car.
