Nastassia has been my service advisor in the past, and took excellent care of me. I had a negative experience prior to working with her. I explained out my problems previously, laid out my expectations and needs for the visit… she exceeded expectations. Nastassia was busy today assisting another customer (or 20, it was super busy today) and Brandon came in to help me. Both of these people have been exceptional for this visit and the past couple of times I have been in with a different vehicle.
