Manny, my salesman, was exceptional! During our first meeting, he stayed late to explain in detail every question my aunt and I had. If he didn’t know, he was honest and found someone who did know. He provided me with a rental vehicle while my car was being prepared/ serviced…although I don’t think this was something they normally did he worked with his team to make it happen and for that I’m greatly appreciative. I will definitely recommend Family Toyota of Burleson for the top notch service provided, but most of all because of Manny and his genuine nature and honesty. More
