In todays market of car shopping it’s easy to get overwhelmed, and exhausted with getting leads but getting nowhere fast. Im so grateful that instead of giving up I worked with Manny who was so helpf overwhelmed, and exhausted with getting leads but getting nowhere fast. Im so grateful that instead of giving up I worked with Manny who was so helpful and could understand I was getting to my Witt’s end with my car search. We spoke by phone and e-mail and told Him my trade in information and submitted a credit app. I paid my deposit for my new car and we agreed upon a set trade in amount and my new car payment. Toyota of Burleson promised my car would be delivered 02/27/2022 but it came in earlier than expected. Manny called me and told me the car was delivered to the dealership this afternoon and arranged time this evening to take delivery. When I pulled up my car was waiting for me and Manny was outside ready to take the test drive and make sure I was happy with the vehicle. It was even better that I only spent 15 minutes in finance and there was no back and forth with what I was paying nor what they’d be willing to give me for my trade because we had already agreed upon everything prior. I love my new SUV and while I did have to drive a bit to get it I would do it ten times over again. Overall, I really appreciate level of service and the time Manny took to show me the features that he must’ve known I’d need help with. Overall I look for to doing future business with Manny and Leith in finance 😊 I appreciate y’all. More
