I took my 2001 Toyota Tacoma in for some major repairs! With challenges getting the parts, I picked up my truck 3 days later! Absolutely amazing!! Not to mention that I had a rental car during this time. H With challenges getting the parts, I picked up my truck 3 days later! Absolutely amazing!! Not to mention that I had a rental car during this time. However, the next day I returned back to the dealership because I was hearing a noise that didn’t sound good. So. I went directly back to the Toyota dealership. My service personnel came out to my truck with a mechanic to determine what was the problem. Within minutes, it was concluded that the bearings had gone out in one of the pulley. Family Toyota then decided to render this service repair to me at no cost! Absolutely Incredible! Now, I’m trying to figure out how to express my gratitude to them as a company!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
