Avoid this dealer with their service department They broke my glove box damper and did not tell me about it. I called the service manager, they did not pick up the phone so I left a voice message. They put wrong oil into my SUV, and denied to admit it. Either they were lack of knowledge about lubricant or they intended to do against Toyota Service Manual book. They wont have another chance to touch my SUV again. More
