After a second discussion about the discrepancy he offered a $10 off coupon on next service. This one of the many bad services I experienced with this Toyota Dealer. Main issue: dishonesty. More

Buyer beware, this particular individual will go out of his way to scam you. He said he would honor a mistake his salesman made, and did not deliver the car equally equipped with the original car i was tol his way to scam you. Had a meeting with him to get it corrected and i honest to god thought i was dealing with a tote the note car salesman. Unfortunately, the group of guys who all work together probably have a good working relationship with each other, so this will fall on deaf ears, but he shouldnt take his screw ups so personally. Without a doubt the guy has anger issues. Anyways, maybe he'll calm down in the future and realize not every car deal should be taken personally. I had to get the general manager involved to get the correct car, but still didnt receive the price Nick said he would honor. Buyer Beware More
