"Family" Toyota VERY unprofessional. I've been dealing with their "customer relations" people since mid October to cancel a warranty, however NO ONE knows how to pick VERY unprofessional. One person passes it to another and that person passes it to someone, until it's 8 pm and they clock out. I've had better service at the DMV. More
