I had just purchased this from another Toyota dealer in Dallas in late Sept. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the brakes were dangerously worn even though the prior dealer had assured us that everything was checked and serviced. Holli even called the other dealer to inquire why the sold a vehicle with this issue and to ask if they were going to work with me to correct it. No help, but she tried. She kept me informed an was so helpful. Definitely a great Toyota level service department. More
