Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped off my vehicle for a diagnostic on Friday afternoon to be checked out Saturday morning. On Saturday afternoon I didn’t receive a call about I dropped off my vehicle for a diagnostic on Friday afternoon to be checked out Saturday morning. On Saturday afternoon I didn’t receive a call about my vehicle so I decided to call them, after I left multiple messages throughout the day to figure out the status. After no responses I continued to call and was told that the service department closes at 6 and was placed on hold. After 10 minutes of holding I hung up and called again and was placed on hold once again.Now that the service dep. is closed I am stuck out with no vehicle. My mother bought a vehicle from this Toyota and many of my friends have also bought vehicles from here. But I have never experienced this kind of service from a dealership. It feels like they don’t care of customer satisfaction. I am so disappointed of how I have been treated! More

He has gone above and beyond to take care of any concern I have when I come in. Even when it is not time for me to come, mileage wise for my designated complete check up! He addresses my concern that my tires are in good shape and then goes beyond to do a complete inspection of my brakes and entire car at no charge! I am caretaker for my 98 year old dad in San Antonio & have to make trips there and back, its always a worry that my tires and vehicle are in prime shape so I will not be stranded on the highway.
