I bought a 2017 Prius 4! I am very happy with my purchase. I thought I wanted a 2016 Prius because I thought the 2017 was out of my price range. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped off my vehicle for a diagnostic on Friday afternoon to be checked out Saturday morning. On Saturday afternoon I didn’t receive a call about I dropped off my vehicle for a diagnostic on Friday afternoon to be checked out Saturday morning. On Saturday afternoon I didn’t receive a call about my vehicle so I decided to call them, after I left multiple messages throughout the day to figure out the status. After no responses I continued to call and was told that the service department closes at 6 and was placed on hold. After 10 minutes of holding I hung up and called again and was placed on hold once again.Now that the service dep. is closed I am stuck out with no vehicle. My mother bought a vehicle from this Toyota and many of my friends have also bought vehicles from here. But I have never experienced this kind of service from a dealership. It feels like they don’t care of customer satisfaction. I am so disappointed of how I have been treated! More
