Cannot Trust Their Services Anymore I have been going to Family Toyota of Burleson to service my three Toyota vechicles for three years or so. I have done transmissions, clutch, shocks, I have been going to Family Toyota of Burleson to service my three Toyota vechicles for three years or so. I have done transmissions, clutch, shocks, EVAP system, oil pan gasket, front engine seals, valve cover gasket seals, water pump and other services and repairs. However, after dealing with outstanding service from previous employees that went to better their life in another Toyota dealership, I found out that some of the people that came as replacement does not have the best attitude and trust toward the customer as it was my experience this last Saturday, 03/09/2019. I took my car for Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Alignment Check, which they check for free and told me the car needed the rear axle alignment and front axle was good. After everything was done, the new Service Director, Zach Jordan, call me to his office and the first thing that came from his mouth was "your remaining credit ($159.00) is completely done". After that, he said that the rear axle could not be aligned since it is a solid rear axle bar. They sold me the rear axle alignment and then, they told me they could not do it, but this guy, Zach Jordan, had no problem wiping out my credit even though not job was done, and as a Service Director, he should know better than to sell a service that cannot be done in my car. On 06/30/2018 I paid for oil change and tire rotation for a total of $51.49. My son took his car that same day for inspection which cost $25.00. As you can see, that is just $76.49, and even if I add the $10.00 discount that was given to me on 6/30, that will add to $86.49. As you can see, that do not add up to the $159.00 credit, but this Service Director decided to charge for a service that could be done in my car in order to use up all my credit without providing any value service in return. Dishonest and deceiving people do not mix with the service I expect from Family Toyota of Burleson. Based on this past experience, I cannot longer rely on the personnel of Family Toyota of Burleson regarding service for all of my three vehicles, and it might cost Manny Jimenez the opportunity to sell me another vehicle since I would not want to take it to Family Toyota of Burleson for any warranty or maintenance service. More

Great experience I didn't go to leave with a vehicle. However, I couldnt pass up the opportunity. "It was an offer I couldn't refuse." Wow what a great place I have been in contact with Eric Hill and wow he is a great guy. Hes really there to help with getting the right car and helping me stay very close to I have been in contact with Eric Hill and wow he is a great guy. I did not think it was possible but i was able to get something i have been looking for and i am very excited. Eric Hill is a great guy and so is Mr Raad i believe his name is. They helped me so very much. Also while i was waiting for my friend that was walking up to front entrance there was these other salesman there that was very welcoming. I honestly recommend this place with 5 stars, you cant go wrong. They are not just called Family toyota for no reason because they do treat you like family!!!! More
