Best experience purchasing a new vehicle! When it comes time to purchase a new car I dread the entire process but yesterday at Family Toyota it was very different. I’m sure I come off as being defensive initially when meeting with salesman because of past car buying experiences. I had been working with salesman Jamonn Little for a while now to find and locate the right truck for me. I enjoyed every bit of it, he was such a pleasure to work with. When it came time for me to come in, I felt as if we had known each other for years. Jamonn was pleasant, knowledgeable, and totally transparent throughout the entire process! I spoke to the sales manager Faheem at one point who was also very nice and willing to do whatever it took, within reason of course, to get me into my new Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro!! Finance was quick and easy. The dealership looked new, clean, and very nice, even had a theater room and a fireplace. My overall experience was great! I’m happy with my purchase from Family Toyota and highly recommend them. More

Outstanding Service My wife and I drove to Texas to visit family from Alabama. We had the car towed to Family Toyota, where everyone was courteous and attentive to help us get back on the road again. I can't tell you how many times I've been to a dealership in the service area and everyone walks by you as if you were a statue. Every single person there asked me if I had been helped or if I needed help. As a consumer, I was in service actually looking for help and that made a huge impression on me. Tristian was the rep that actually assisted me and I can't begin to tell you how helpful he was. I had to order a new rim to replace the damaged one and he brought me the pressure sensor and the center hub from the damaged one. I had totally forgot about that, but he took the time to retrieve it for me instead of letting it go then expecting me to buy new parts when it came time to put the new rim on. Thank you all at Family Toyota! I have/will let everyone know that this is the best Toyota dealership to go to! More
