Customer Service Issue I contacted the salesman that sold me my truck, Mike Wassell, to find out why the spare tire on my 2018 Toyota Tundra was a different size than the ma I contacted the salesman that sold me my truck, Mike Wassell, to find out why the spare tire on my 2018 Toyota Tundra was a different size than the main tires. He informed me that he spoke to the service department, and said that the 2 inch difference in the tires should be okay. I am still concerned about the difference in tire size. Mike asked me on Wednesday 1/23/2019 if I would like to be contacted by the service department to discuss the issue, however, as of 1/28/2019, I have not received a call. Still wondering if anyone is actually going to call me about this issue. Additionally, this conversation has taken place entirely over text message, which I feel is very unprofessional. When I bought my truck here, I was told customer service would be a top priority, however this has not been my experience. I have purchased two vehicles at this location in the past two years, but I will not be buying another one. More

Eric Hill went above my expectations!! I was searching for new vehicle to replace my current leased vehicle. I searched the internet for used 4Runners in the area. One I was interested in showed up at Family Toyota Burleson. I requested an appointment online for that same day. I was notified right away and met with Eric Hill. From the start to finishing the transaction, he was friendly, courteous, answered all my questions, and went above my expectations. I was not fully satisfied with the first vehicle I tested and there was another 4Runner I was interested in at their location in Arlington. Eric arranged to personally pick up the vehicle and bring it to the dealership for me to test drive. It was perfect match. Eric made the whole process simple and straightforward. Negotiations on trade in and financing went smoothly. Working with Steve on the financing was easy and he offered good advice. Delivery of my vehicle the next day was excellent.
