Eric Hill went above my expectations!! I was searching for new vehicle to replace my current leased vehicle. I searched the internet for used 4Runners in the area. From the start to finishing the transaction, he was friendly, courteous, answered all my questions, and went above my expectations. I was not fully satisfied with the first vehicle I tested and there was another 4Runner I was interested in at their location in Arlington. Eric arranged to personally pick up the vehicle and bring it to the dealership for me to test drive. It was perfect match. Eric made the whole process simple and straightforward. Negotiations on trade in and financing went smoothly. Working with Steve on the financing was easy and he offered good advice. Delivery of my vehicle the next day was excellent. I’m sure I come off as being defensive initially when meeting with salesman because of past car buying experiences. I had been working with salesman Jamonn Little for a while now to find and locate the right truck for me. I enjoyed every bit of it, he was such a pleasure to work with. When it came time for me to come in, I felt as if we had known each other for years. Jamonn was pleasant, knowledgeable, and totally transparent throughout the entire process! I spoke to the sales manager Faheem at one point who was also very nice and willing to do whatever it took, within reason of course, to get me into my new Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro!! Finance was quick and easy. The dealership looked new, clean, and very nice, even had a theater room and a fireplace. My overall experience was great! I’m happy with my purchase from Family Toyota and highly recommend them. More

Outstanding Service My wife and I drove to Texas to visit family from Alabama. We had the car towed to Family Toyota, where everyone was courteous and attentive to help us get back on the road again. I can't tell you how many times I've been to a dealership in the service area and everyone walks by you as if you were a statue. Every single person there asked me if I had been helped or if I needed help. As a consumer, I was in service actually looking for help and that made a huge impression on me. Tristian was the rep that actually assisted me and I can't begin to tell you how helpful he was. I had to order a new rim to replace the damaged one and he brought me the pressure sensor and the center hub from the damaged one. I had totally forgot about that, but he took the time to retrieve it for me instead of letting it go then expecting me to buy new parts when it came time to put the new rim on. Thank you all at Family Toyota! I have/will let everyone know that this is the best Toyota dealership to go to! More

He worked hard and with great concern and compassion in getting me out of my RAV4 and into my new 2019 C-HR Limited so I would and could feel safe again. I love my C-HR Limited, all the safety features it has. No words can describe what all Roberts hard work and efforts mean to me.
