They gave me the most they could for my trade and made it happen for me. This dealership genuinely cares about their customers and gives them the best deal they can. Sierra did a great job communicating with me and letting me know exactly what was going on. She made it a very pleasant experience, and really cared about getting me into a more reliable vehicle. Sierra is the only car salesman I will buy from, and Family Toyota is the only dealership I will buy from now.
