Probably the best experiance with a dealership ever !!! From the first time that I stepped foot into family Toyota there was an easiness to the atmosphere there. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door and was directed to a sales associate (Jami Golden ) who was interested in more then just getting her next sale, she listened to my situation with my present vehicle and had an idea how we could improve my situation and get the car that I had my eye on. I was also impressed with the general manager who greeted me the first time I was at the dealership and again when I returned to close the deal on my 2018 Camry. I was also impressed with the Finance manager who Finalized the financing, and his recommendations were very helpful . Sierra Mickens was my sales person and she was extremely knowledgable and nice w I had the best car buying experience at Family Toyota of Burleson.
