My husband and I initially went in to purchase my 16yr old his first vehicle and ended up trading my 18yr old son vehicle in and getting him one also YES we purchased two vehicles with their upfront pricing and how professional and friendly the entire staff was we thought why not. We were given first class service from start to finish Carlos was amazing hands down. Let me also point out that we brought our 4year old and 9month old with us and they enjoyed the movie room, ice cream and popcorn that was given to them. I think we found a new home for car buying. Due to an accident 3 years ago, we were forced to purchase another vehicle, but we decided to give Family Toyota a shot just for grins and giggles (mainly because it was the first one we came too). As soon as we pull up, Bruce walks up and we recognised him from the last vehicle we bought. There was no question whether we'd be purchasing a vehicle from there or not and all we had to do was tell him what we were looking for and he pulled up the Rav4. I was hooked and he handled everything and made the process smooth. Once again, we decided to trade in our recent vehicle last week due to family dynamic changes. We intended to just trade for the same standard Rav4 LE but newer. But once Bruce showed us the next upgrade and all the safety features, the price difference and such, that was it for us. He has a knack for knowing what people are looking for, is very easy and fun to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. There are never too many questions to ask, he's ready for anything and if he doesn't know right then, he finds out. We are very pleased with everything and can't thank him enough. More
