Need a hatchback since we have dogs, but hate the ubiquitous "crossover" look. We were met by a terrific salesman, by the name of Eric Hill. He asked questions to get an idea of what we were looking for, and ran all over the lot finding examples for us. Very polite, knowledgeable and honest enough to admit it if he didn't really know the answer to one of our myriad questions. Eric is no bullshitter like some car salesmen I've met over the years. No pressure, just happy to please the customer. His manager, Mo was equally nice, upping the ante appropriately when I baulked at his trade in offer. Although our wait for the finance guy Chris was a bit long for my taste, he was kinda busy as several other customers bought at the same time as us and didn't try any of that pressure to buy extra odds 'n ends. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience buying a new car. More

Honest! How rare is that in today's world? We went to this dealership by accident. We had been looking all day at Camrys and Accords, and thinking our 4-year old Camry was much larger and more We went to this dealership by accident. We had been looking all day at Camrys and Accords, and thinking our 4-year old Camry was much larger and more comfortable than this year's crop. Decided on a whim to see how much roomier an Avalon might be, and this dealership had a 1-year old Avalon advertised. We've bought many cars over the years, and we have friends in the car business. So we are pretty good at telling a good dealership/salesman/sales manager from a bad one. The salesman here (Eric Hill), and his sales manager (Faheem Darville) both struck us immediately as knowledgable, honest, and easy to work with. They didn't immediately accept the offer we made, but they worked hard to find a way to make it work for the store. Long story short, we drove off the lot with a nice Avalon--with a deal we thought was fair and honest for both us and them. We will definitely recommend this dealership and this salesman to our friends, and we will definitely go back when we need another car. More

Great All Around Experience! From the moment we arrived on the lot, walked in the door and was greeted by Sierra it was a great experience. The dealership was very clean and accommodating and Sierra greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and asked what she could help with. We came in with a Tundra already in mind that we found while scouring Cars.com. She asked what kind of financials were were looking for and they worked with us on our trade and other items to help us get comfortable with the purchase. She was very patient and had no problem explaining some of the warranties and other items to us. After we agreed to the deal, we were handed over to Joe in Finance and he was awesome as well. We left there knowing all of our warranty and maintenance needs would be covered anytime we needed help. Great experience and highly recommend. More
