2012 E63 purchased from out of state sight unseen I have been looking for a E63 AMG to purchase for the last year. He answered tirelessly every question I had on the vehicle, and even was there to meet the transporter on his off day to make sure everything went well. I received the car and there was a couple of small things that needed to be addressed. The service Manager Chris Bruder and Mercedes had me get those items addressed at my dealership of choice with no hassle at all. In a world of dealerships that are out to just get your money, and forget you, Family Toyota restored my faith in the process. They never tried to put me into a truck I didn't want but instead focused on finding the color I wanted and the specific options I requested - nothing more and nothing less. I am satisfied with the price they gave me and the value on my trade in. The dealership is 45 minutes to an hour from where I live so the deal was done over the phone and through email. Once the truck was ready I made the trip to make the purchase. There are several Toyota dealerships closer but it was worth the drive. More
