Oil change on my vehicle. I have worked with Ava in the Service Department several times in previous visits. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make I have worked with Ava in the Service Department several times in previous visits. There is another employee named Kevin that was also very helpful in my visit. I have visited this facility several times and each time have had a good experience. 2012 E63 purchased from out of state sight unseen I have been looking for a E63 AMG to purchase for the last year. I found my dream car at Family Toyota, with only one problem, I live in Alabama and could not go see the car. The Salesman Jamonn Little was excellent. He answered tirelessly every question I had on the vehicle, and even was there to meet the transporter on his off day to make sure everything went well. I received the car and there was a couple of small things that needed to be addressed. The service Manager Chris Bruder and Mercedes had me get those items addressed at my dealership of choice with no hassle at all. In a world of dealerships that are out to just get your money, and forget you, Family Toyota restored my faith in the process.
