Bad way to do business I've done business with Family Toyota before. So this morning I saw a car on the website that fit what I was looking for. I called the dealership, spo I've done business with Family Toyota before. So this morning I saw a car on the website that fit what I was looking for. I called the dealership, spoke with a guy in order to make sure it was still available, to which he said yes I'll have it waiting for you. So I take off work and get halfway to the dealership ( which is about a 45 minute drive ) and I get a call saying that the car had actually already been sold. Ok, I ask if another 2 vehicles that were in my wheelhouse were still available. They put me on hold, and then tell me yes, they are here. Ok, I'm still on my way. I walk in the door and they tell me that both those cars had been sold days prior. I asked why they were on their website still, and they said the website is slow. I said ok, but why when I called was I told they were available and on the lot? They had no answer. So they show me a car that is above my price range (of course), but not by too much to make it impossible. But they would not come down off the price. Said it wasn't possible, even though they screwed me around all day. I asked for my keys to leave, and the associate says let me get the manager to talk to you. Faheem, the manager, comes in and I tell him the entire ordeal I experienced at his dealership. He said, "let me check on that" and left the room. After a few minutes the associate returns with my keys and says, "sorry, we can't work with you." No apology from management or any explaination. I left with no car, and had to burn my vacation time at work for nothing. If you're looking for a car here, don't. Bad way to do business. More

Best ever I have been to many dealerships looking for trucks and by far this was the best experience I have had. The salesman was nice and courteous and the fac I have been to many dealerships looking for trucks and by far this was the best experience I have had. Forgotten - but found UPDATE - I recently submitted the below review and every word was true. For the past 2 days they have did everything they could to make it right. Th UPDATE - I recently submitted the below review and every word was true. For the past 2 days they have did everything they could to make it right. They above and beyond to help me get financing. They would have been able to if I were will to go low end on a Corolla. It was not the dealership, IT was the banks. SO I really appreciate the turn around. Original review: They do not follow up and care for the customers - I was shuffled among several salespeople. I was in last Saturday and was told to talk to Max...when I got there, even though Max knew I was coming, he was busy. Chris introduced me to Windsor. They found the car I wanted and acted as if everything would be great ( no problems). I had to leave, so they told me they would have the car delivered to their dealership on Monday, which at that time I would finish financing. Well, Monday came and NO ONE contacted me. So I called and spoke with Santos, who apologized and told me he would figure out what was going on because Windsor was off that day. I checked my credit and by this time I had approximately 10 more inquiries, so I knew something was wrong. All I needed was for someone to level with me. If they couldn't help me, then tell me. Santos finally followed up with a text Monday night, saying that if I didn't hear from him by 11 to call him. So 11:00am comes and I have to notify him that I still have not heard anything. About an hour later , Windsor texts me to tell me that they cant get a bank to take me on the Camry. I would have to go down to a Corrolla or money down(again settling for something I don't like). I just don't feel like they keep you in the loop. Very dissatisfied and my daughter who just bought a car the previous week from Max at this dealership is sorry that she sent me there. More
