Our car repair was assigned to Aron Williams who immediately arranged for me to see what had happened to the subframe of my car. He described in detail what must be done, the estimated cost, and the amount of time it would take. Aron then arranged for transportation to Enterprise car rental so we could get back home. He continuously kept us updated on the cars status and helped us resolve issues with our insurance company. He definitely deserve a giant THANK YOU. More

My parents and brother have also purchased cars from Family Toyota and had nothing but good things to say. I was trying to stick to a very tight budget and nervous about attempting this on my own. I drove in and was immediately greeted and welcomed by Andy Heidel. He was very helpful and listened to all my wants for my trade in and budget. I loved how he took that information and was able to narrow it down to what cars would fit in my budget, he even took into account what color I wanted. He said this would be a very easy process and it was! He showed me all the features on the car and we took it for a spin. Andy worked with my budget and never made me feel pressured to get into something that wouldn't work. He made me feel very comfortable about the car buying process which can be overwhelming for a first time buyer who walks in by themselves. Everyone I came into contact with there was super friendly and helpful. The general manager was able to get me a better APR than my credit union had offered me and finance was able to help me stick to my budget. You really feel that the dealership works as a team/family and you are not just another sale walking through the door. I look forward to being able to take my brand new Rav4 in for its service. Satisfaction Guaranteed First a little background; I have a 2010 Tacoma with approximately 135,000 miles. Took my truck in to replace LH/RH rear wheel bearings. Long story short; there were complications, and because Toyota parts distribution is out of Houston, hurricane Harvey wasn’t helping matters. Thanks to Michael Boles who noticed I had been at the Dealership for quite sometime, and he stop to ask how things were going; what repair was being done to my vehicle…etc. Michael Boles sensed I was frustrated, and took the initiative to notify the appropriate Leadership. In steps Chris Bruder who asked me for a complete run down of what had happen, and when I was done, he assured me that my concerns would be addressed ASAP. Basically, Chris Bruder assured me that Toyota of Burleson would do the right thing. Bottom line, Toyota of Burleson is and will be my service department of choose. And when it comes time to buy my next Tacoma, Michael Boles will be the first person I’ll call. More
