Pretty Good Experience Had a pretty good experience purchasing our new Highlander. People we spoke to were more then willing to give us all the time we needed with no press Had a pretty good experience purchasing our new Highlander. Really like the facilities of the dealership and look forward to returning there for scheduled maintenance. Only surprise came the day after delivery when I was called because they couldn't find the keys to my "trade-in". After some looking on my part, I was able to find the name of the person who received the keys from me. When I called again to give them the name, I was told that the keys had already been located. Would have welcomed another call to inform me that the problem had been resolved. Also, after taking delivery and returning home, my wife and I were busy putting all of our "stuff" in the new car. My wife wanted me to put my sunglasses in the overhead compartment. When I did this, I accidently jammed it "open". I returned to the dealer and in less then 5 minutes, Greg Williams was on it and repaired it. Thanks, Greg! That's great service! More

Very accommodating. I called to see if they could schedule me to get my brakes fixed and spoke with Miguel. He asked if I could bring my Toyota in within 30 minutes and w I called to see if they could schedule me to get my brakes fixed and spoke with Miguel. He asked if I could bring my Toyota in within 30 minutes and when I said yes and had shown up within that time frame I had just purchased some groceries. Miguel was more than willing to put my milk in the fridge for me while they got the necessary work done. In less than 2 hours my brakes were beautiful and my milk was still cold. Thank you guys! Great Service - quick repair at no cost I brought my 8 year old Prius in for a repair. The undercarriage came loose and I didn't know if it would be a costly repair or something minor.
