Very disappointing Researched online for a Tacoma Sport, this dealer had two in the right color and options package. Price on internet was 33k and some change. Found those same two vehicles on the lot (I checked the vin and stock numbers) and they were both marked 36k and some change. We went inside and all the salesman wanted to talk about was payments. I gave him an offer on the vehicle to start the haggling process, and he said those trucks don't sell for that, and to be realistic about price. I told him the internet had those two vehicles priced at 33k and the sticker says 36k and who's not being realistic about price? We had cash in hand and possibly a trade, but we ran out as fast as we could. They don't want to sell cars, just talk payments. More
Service Department Customer Service (Or Lack There Of) I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Toyota Camry (not from this dealership) about a month ago and it started running poorly (not shifting like it should). B I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Toyota Camry (not from this dealership) about a month ago and it started running poorly (not shifting like it should). Being it only had 34,000 miles, I knew it was still under factory warranty and, after reading all the "raving" reviews about this dealership, decided to take it to them to get it checked out. I dropped it off at 7am this morning. The first thing I was asked by the gentleman that took my information is "did you buy it here?" I answered "No". He then asked, "How many miles does it have on it"? I answer "A little over 34,000." He told me they would take a look at it and give me a call. Then, around 10:30am, I get a phone call that says "My technician drove it and hooked it up to the machine. It's shifting fine and not throwing any codes so there's nothing wrong with it." I explained that it doesn't happen every time, it's "hit or miss" when it does it, but it is happening (but of course, someone who drove it for maybe 10-15 minutes would know more about it then someone who drives it everyday). I was told "Well, if it gets worse, bring it back". Funny thing is, "if it gets worse, bring it back" in my mind, translates to "once it's not under manufacturer warranty, bring it in so we don't have to pay to fix it and can stick you with the bill." It is irritating that you buy a car still under the manufacturer warranty and, it seems, the manufacturer wants to do anything they can not to fix something that is wrong with the vehicle in that time frame. I will go pick up my car, take it to another certified mechanic that I WILL PAY to diagnose it, and then take the paperwork back to Toyota (a different dealership of course) and ask them how there can be nothing wrong with it on Wednesday, but on Saturday, have a list of problems. I will never trust this dealership again. Thank you for your time. P.S. The ONLY reason this gets 2 stars instead of one is, Jim, the seasoned gentleman that gave me a ride from the dealership to my place of employment this morning. He was so happy, joyful, and nice. He made my morning with his cheerful disposition and customer service. He is the only one who did. Thank you, Jim. More

There was no long back and forth negotiations. They gave me their number (price) and I gave them my reasonable counter offer and deal was done. No stress car buying. More
