Service area is almost preternaturally clean and coffee machine is from the 22nd century. When they realized they did not have the fob they needed to program my car, instead of ordering it and telling me to come back they hunted other dealers for the part, found it, had it driven to the dealership and installed it so I would not have to make a return trip. Miguel was helpful, professional and did more than he had to in order to make my experience positive. This is a well run service department. Also had a chat with a very professional and knowledgeable sales rep named Mike Stinnet. We had a good experience buying our van and a good experience with our first service appointment.
