Good experience I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra at Family Toyota. I set up my appointment by email with Max Nguyen and based upon the info I provided in my e I recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra at Family Toyota. I set up my appointment by email with Max Nguyen and based upon the info I provided in my email he had a truck ready to show me. The truck was exactly what I wanted and we worked together to come up with a price I could live with. I think I got a good price for my trade in and ultimately a good deal. My only complaint would be the length of time it took to get in to see a financing specialist. The wait was over an a hour and then I had to wait further for the young lady to check for a better financing rate. In the end, I got a truck for the price I wanted to pay and at a financing rate I could handle. More

I was contacted by a Sales representative for me to come by and test drive some vehicles. I went found the Toyota Rav4 that I was interested in test drove and fell in love with the vehicle. The difficult part was the financing since I was trading in a vehicle with negative equity. The dealership showed patience with me and recommended other options for trade in. I proceeded to look at a 2017 Toyota Camry as an alternative option and actually liked the vehicle. The financing was approved and I couldn't be any happier. Family Toyota of Burleson made me feel as a valued customer and took the time to take care of my needs. I will be coming to Family Toyota of Burleson for my future vehicles and service needs. More
