Problem solved! My experience with Family Toyota did not get off to a good start, but in the long run I do not see how it could have turned out any better. Arlene Kerr, Chris Yates and Max Nguyen turned this experience into the best that I have had at a dealership. We were able to meet in the middle on my trade, they honored the price we agreed on, they minimized my time there, so I could get on with my business and spent plenty of time with me to make sure I understood everything, but the bottom line is that I left with the truck that I came to buy. I'm not easy to deal with, but these folks made the deal easy in the long run. More

Dustin took the time to listen to our situation, wants, needs, and must haves. Derek was very energetic and walked us through all the features that the Toyota Highlander has to offer. They made us feel appreciated and were dedicated to providing a stress free experience. This was the first time that we have ever leased a vehicle. All of the details were thoroughly explained to us so that we could make the best and most educated decision about whether to buy or lease. The entire process was smooth and very enjoyable. Very accommodating I appreciated the honesty of my salesman. He did not promise anything that he wasn't sure he could deliver. When the toyota I was coming to see was sold shortly before I arrived, they matched the price with a corolla that had 7k fewer miles on it. Not only that, but they didn't try to pressure me into buying extra coverage plans or slip extra fees into the sale contract. Absolutely impressed with my buying experience. More
