Positive Experience - felt like 'family' We truly appreciated Andy Heidel's attention to listening to our concerns. We came in, to turn in our 2005 Highlander, to start a Lease arrangement f We truly appreciated Andy Heidel's attention to listening to our concerns. We came in, to turn in our 2005 Highlander, to start a Lease arrangement for a new vehicle. Andy was patient and went through several makes, test driving and listening to our back and forth, eventually finding the RIGHT car, that fit. We appreciate the family friendly environment of the dealership. I know when I must bring in the car for upkeep, I will have a comfortable place to spend some time, while the Service Dept. takes over. Bryan was awesome to work with, made everything very easy to understand. There were several delays, but it was refreshing that Andy would come to us and assure us, they were finding keys or some paperwork was being processed. He kept us informed that we wouldn't be there forever. Bryan had some challenges with his printer, says he knows its quirks, was good nature d about it but good grief, the guy needs a new printer! I LOVE my new RAV4 and know we will have it in the family for a long time. Toyota is the Best! Thanks, Family Toyota of Burleson! More

Family Toyota had a staff that was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions. Arlene, our salesperson, was patient and ensured we had explored all options available to us prior to making our final decision. Courtney, the sales manager, was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We went back a few days after the sale to get the window tinting completed and the service department personnel was also very pleasant to work with. We are glad we made the choice to join the family.
