Amazing! Sony was very knowledgeable and personable. We bought a new car last year with another dealership and did not think the process could be beat. Amazi Sony was very knowledgeable and personable. We bought a new car last year with another dealership and did not think the process could be beat. Amazingly, Sony made this transition even better. He did not pressure us into anything, and he honored the online quote we were given. During the test drive, we asked Sony a question. However, he did not know the answer. He was able to find out the answer within a minute during our test drive (I guess he texted someone). I did not expect the resourcefulness he displayed. I would highly recommend this dealership and Sony for your next Toyota! ? More

Mr. Parcus was able to get this done for us in j My wife & I went to Family Toyota to see if we could trade in our old car into something more recent. Mr. Parcus was able to get this done for us in just a matter of hours. We were unsure about what we wanted and with James' help we were able to leave the dealership satisfied. He walked through the deal with us & told us everything we needed to know. He made us feel comfortable. Though it took us 5 hours to finally leave the dealership, it was worth the wait. Best Car Buying Experience Ever Michael Boles did an amazing job helping us find and purchase our new car. We needed a new car fast and Michael was able to locate the car we wanted f Michael Boles did an amazing job helping us find and purchase our new car. We needed a new car fast and Michael was able to locate the car we wanted from a different location and get it to us very quickly. We felt that Michael was truly helping us with our needs and not trying to just make a sale. When we received the car Michael made sure we knew how to operate the car systems, helped us connect our phones to the car, and answered all of our questions regarding the features of the car. A short while after our purchase Michael called to check on us to make sure that everything was going well and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Michael is very friendly, attentive, and efficient. The Relationship Floor Manager, Michael Moseley, worked with us over the phone and connected us with Michael Boles. Michael Moseley is also very friendly and has created great deals for teachers and first responders. Stevie Landers did a great job with our car financing. The parts department was very helpful and nice with our accessory purchases. The entire dealership was very pleasant. We would highly recommend this dealership to others and will return to this dealership in the future. We love our new 2017 Toyota Camry XLE hybrid! More
