He asked what I was wanting, and he worked with me painlessly until he had found me a perfect car and price to match. He was friendly and informative during the test drive of the first vehicle he recommended based on my suggestions (which is the car I ultimately bought), and he made sure I was comfortable during the inevitable paperwork-related pauses that came with buying from a dealer. The presentation of the dealership was inviting, the salesman himself was engaging, and the vehicle that I purchased is exactly what I was wanting when I arrived. I requested an accessory to be installed in my new RAV4. Sony and his service staff went above and beyond to make my new RAV4 great. Sony took excellent care of my wife and I even before we arrived at the dealership and even after the delivery of the car. He responded immediately to my questions, emails, and calls. Michael Boles was my salesman and I just want to say you couldn't get a more honest, genuine, down to earth salesman. He went above the mark when it came to narrowing down the exact car for me. He went out of his way to get many cars for me to test drive. His knowledge of each vehicle was pin point accurate with demonstration as well. Michael answered all of my questions and more like rebates on this car were more than this car or safety features on this one had more than that one etc... He learned quick my needs, wants, and gave me an honest answer of what was practical for me. My new 2017 Carolla SE is an excellent choice for my needs. . I couldn't be happier! Stevie in finance was very knowledgeable as well.. Very friendly and explained and answered all of my questions in detail.. Oh, and I will never forget the General manage, Dustin..
