He had carfaxes available and either car we test drove would have been a good purchase. He took plenty of time with my granddaughter and me to go over each car. A first car means a lot to a teenager. Great Customer Service From the moment my family and I drove up to the dealership, it was obvious that Andrew Heidel was more interested in helping us with our Toyota buying From the moment my family and I drove up to the dealership, it was obvious that Andrew Heidel was more interested in helping us with our Toyota buying experience than talking and texting on his cell phone as other employees were doing. He smiled and waved to us and made us feel welcome. Despite only having been at this dealership a short time, he went above and beyond to make us comfortable as well as answering all of our questions and showing us the vehicle we were interested in. I would recommend Andy to anyone looking for their next vehicle. The finance experience was a different story. Perhaps it was because it was late on a Saturday night, I don't know, but I felt rushed and the finance employee seemed put out that we would even question if she was getting us the lowest interest rate possible. After repeatedly asking for a lower rate, we finally got it with a shorter length of time to finance. Also, when I returned the next week to order some accessories for my new vehicle, I found it impossible to find a parking place in the lot. I ended up having to part behind some new vehicles as I was advised to do by a passing employee. The folks in the parts department were very helpful and pleasant to work with. More
