Very accommodating and willing to work with us. We bought a used Sienna that had some cosmetic issues. Had a few misunderstandings about the what we expected to be done to it. A couple of days after we picked it up I went back and voiced my concerns to Serkan Hur the sales manager and he was more than accommodating about taking care of our every issue. I also dealt with Chris Bruder, the service manager and he was very helpful and understanding as well. More
