I will start by stating that we visited a minimum of 8 dealers before we bought our mini-van from Gerrick, yes I finally gave up the SUV for a mini-va I will start by stating that we visited a minimum of 8 dealers before we bought our mini-van from Gerrick, yes I finally gave up the SUV for a mini-van. My wife and I, even my father-in-law were simply amazed with the high quality of attention and service from all involved. During the entire process, all of my questions and concerns were addressed. My wife called Family Toyota in Burleson, due to the bit of distance from from our home, but she saw a mini-van she was interested in seeing. She was WOWED by the amount of useful and important information shared by Gerrick Compton. Gerrick took his time to answered in full detail all of her questions, he also volunteered helpful information when purchasing a car or mini-van. Gerrick Compton is a TOP-NOTCH Car Advisor, not your typical car salesman. His honesty and willingness to help us won our buisness. My father-in-law will be buying a car in the near future and will definately be calling Gerrick! He is now our "Family Car Advisor". Faheem Darville and Serkan Hur were more interested in making sure my family got what we wanted instead of pushing more expensive or new cars, as was our experience at other dealers. They addressed our every concern. It's been about two week since the purchase and after some additional research... I really did got a very fair price. Chris Bruder and his service technicians are OVER THE TOP. They were very thorough in explaining their answers to my many questions and addressed all of my concerns. I am very impressed and incredibly grateful!! The finance manager, Bryan Woodward was extremely professional and not pushy at all. He presented an extended service plan, which I seldom every buy. He did not try to convince me to buy the service plan , but he did show me the value this protection plan offered. I felt no pressure at all, we even talked about our families and his Service to our Country, Thank you again for your service to our Great Country! Needless to say I purchased the extended service plan. After analyzing the service plan, it truly is a great value. I am not easy to impressed and rarely rate all 5's. I beleive more, and more companies are more eager to push their sales than customer service.. This is not so with Family Toyota, IT IS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm Impressed. Initially I was just fishing for information and prices on a used Camry while my Truck was being serviced and Inspected. The salesmen (Jordan Gentry) Initially I was just fishing for information and prices on a used Camry while my Truck was being serviced and Inspected. The salesmen (Jordan Gentry) showed me a 2015 Camry and it looked good to me and fit my price range. The Service adviser got a hold of me to tell me my Truck wasn't going to pass inspection it had numerous problems that required repair i.e. I bought that little Tacoma pickup truck in September of 1997. It's got a hundred and eighty-five thousand miles on it. It's almost 20 years old it's a 98 but I've had it I've had it about 19 and a half years. It's been a great truck but it's had its time. After the 3500 mile road trip last summer I noticed that it was going to be needing some work. It was hard giving it up but it needed shocks, ball joints, front brakes and 1 rotor, power steering rack, alignment, drive shaft seal, transfer case output shaft seal, It was too much money to put into it for what it was worth. Almost $6000.00 parts and labor from the dealership. Obviously could have it repaired elsewhere for less $$$ but the truck is just worn out and they gave good $$$ on the trade in so... The salesmen asked how he might be able to assist with my situation, I explained that I really needed a Truck for a planed trip this summer and it had to have towing capability, He suggested maybe I should forget the Camry option and let him see what he could locate some options for me. I told him I preferred to get a Tundra over a Tacoma due to the 6 speed automatic Transmission. He came back with a nice 2010 Tundra that again was in my price range so we made the deal. He made sure all my expectations were met (except filling the Gas Tank) He filled it halfway. Other than that I had to purchase a second key FOB and key and have it programmed which was an out of pocket cost for me. I'm happy with the deal and the Truck. More
