I would have to tell you that I have service done on my cars with four different automaker dealerships, but Family Toyota of Burleson had shown a level of integrity and professionalism beyond the competition, including doing a better service job than others Toyota dealerships. If you own a Toyota and live close to Burleson, you will be doing yourself and your car a disserving by taking your car to another auto repair shop. I recently had a major repair done on my car, transmission broke while driving, I made a phone call to Family Toyota of Burleson service department, and I was transferred to Chris Bruder, Service Director, and he immediately took care of business. He gave me a phone number for the wrecker, I called the wrecker with my info and 30 minutes later my car was heading to the dealership. That same day, Wednesday, they checked the car and gave me a rental car. Five days later, Monday, I was driving back my car. Not only they did a super job on the transmission, clutch, and starter, but Ava Winchester, Assistant Service Manager, kept me informed of my car repair status. She has been the best Service Advisor I have dealt with. Family Toyota of Burleson is lucky to have employees with the integrity and professionalism of Chis Bruder and Ava Winchester.
